As a trusted apron manufacturer, what are our standard procedures when developing new fabrics?

For 18 years, eapron has pioneered apron innovation. We develop new fabrics monthly to ensure our patterns stay fresh and functionality evolves with modern needs.

Let’s walk through our rigorous 5-stage fabric development process—designed to guarantee quality and durability:

Stage 1: Precision Marking
We mark a 50×50cm grid on the fabric to guide stitching alignment.

Stage 2: Stitched Framework
Sewing a 50×50cm wireframe prepares the fabric for shrinkage testing.

Stage 3: Water Resistance Test
When water is poured onto the fabric and tilted, it beads up like water on lotus leaves—zero absorption. After wiping with a tissue, both sides remain completely dry.

Stage 4: Stain Resistance Challenge
We simulate real-life spills with soy sauce—an essential but stubborn kitchen stain in Chinese cuisine. The fabric resists penetration; once wiped clean, it appears as good as new.

Stage 5: Shrinkage Validation
Our fabrics achieve exceptional shrinkage rates:

  • Warp direction: 0%

  • Weft direction: 3%
This industry-leading performance ensures aprons maintain their size through repeated washing, exceeding global standards.

Why trust eapron?
We don’t just make aprons—we engineer solutions. Every fabric is battle-tested against the real-world challenges cooks face daily. From splash resistance to wash durability, we turn kitchen frustrations into confidence.

Experience innovation woven into every thread.
