How long will my order take to ship?
Once you place your Hedley & Bennett order, it typically takes 2-3 business days to get your order processed, packed, and into the hands of the shipping carrier. From there, please allow another 7-10 business days for ground shipping, depending on your location.
EMBROIDERY & CUSTOMIZATION: Orders with apron embroidery or knife engraving will add ten extra business days to the order turnaround time.
PREORDERS: If your order includes pre-order items, we'll dispatch your entire shipment as soon as all items become available. When you preorder a product, we note the estimated date on the product's detail page. This is the date we anticipate that we'll be able to ship your product. It is not the date your package will arrive.
If your order does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact our customer service team at sales008@ke-fei.com . We do not have a phone line.
Where is my order?
Once your package is prepared and a tracking number is assigned, we will send you an email confirmation. Please note that while your package has been packaged and labeled, it may take 2-3 business days for the shipping carrier to receive it and update the tracking information.
Please contact our customer support at sales008@ke-fei.com if you do NOT receive tracking information within 3-5 days of purchase.
PREORDERS: When you preorder a product online, you'll see an estimated shipping date listed on the product detail page. This is the date we expect to ship your item—not the date it will arrive at your doorstep. Thank you for your patience as we prepare your order!
FYI, we do not have a phone number, but our team will get back to your email as soon as possible.
Do you ship to PO boxes and military APO/FPO addresses?
Unfortunately, we are currently not able to ship to Military APO/FPO addresses.
Are there any areas excluded from free shipping on orders over $125?
There is no such policy for the time being. For specific orders, you can send an email for consultation.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes.
What if I need to change my address?
We are unable to change the shipping address once an order has been placed. However, if your order hasn’t shipped yet, contact us immediately at sales008@ke-fei.com, and we’ll do our best to assist you. Please note, we do not have a phone line, but we’ll respond to your email as quickly as possible.
If your order has already shipped, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly for assistance. Below are the steps for updating your shipping address with various carriers:

What if I need to cancel my order?
Unfortunately, we cannot cancel or modify an order once it is placed, as we begin processing and packaging orders quickly.
If your order was just placed and you need to cancel or make a change, please email us immediately at sales008@ke-fei.com. While we can’t guarantee adjustments, we’ll do our best to assist you.
We currently do not have a phone number, but our team is dedicated to responding quickly to emails. Our support hours are 9am to 5pm PST, Monday through Friday.
What are your customer service hours? Are you closed on holidays?
